Alfred Polidano set up Polidano Press Ltd in 1988. He was no new comer to the printing business when he started his own company. Once Alfred entered the amazing world of Printing in 1963, at a very tender age, he had no idea of how far he would come. During his apprenticeship he discovered his love of the Printing Trade. Since then he never looked back and has excelled at his job. He worked as a printer and pre-press manager for an established firm for over seventeen years and was partner in another printing venture for an additional eight years. Deep down he had always wanted to start his own business - and be at least modestly successful! During the past seventeen years PPL has achieved tremendous growth and is today one of the leading printing presses in Malta. Alfred, who always had the backing of his wife Carmen, is still actively involved in the business; although he is now supported by his daughter Vanessa and his son Aldo, who are as dedicated to the business as their father.
